Summary:

Facebook is seeking an innovative leader to join Facebook’s Leadership team in Singapore to help build and manage a team of vertical industry professionals to lead the Facebook monetization strategy for our largest eCommerce, tech and digital native businesses. The ideal candidate will be well versed in digital marketing and the power of the Facebook platform and have the capability to manage and motivate a small but high-performing team. Additionally, the candidate will have experience working within a matrix organization as well as experience in leading, coaching and influencing people to generate positive results. Candidates must have strong consultative sales skills, a collaborative and innovative spirit and be extremely comfortable dealing with ambiguity. This role will be based out of our Singapore office. As the vertical lead for digital natives and tech, you will engage directly with CEOs, CMOs and Executives of startups and the tech industry, serving as a public evangelist and ambassador for Facebook and be keenly focused on surpassing the company’s sales objectives

  8. Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development

  9. Understand our client’s businesses and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs

  10. Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development

  11. Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needs in the region

  12. Evangelize Facebook with agencies, clients and at targeted events, conferences and media opportunities and champion Facebook product releases internally and externally

  13. Very strong ability to forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business results

  14. Deliver the highest level of customer service and present Facebook’s solutions in a compelling, positive and professional way.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 12 + years hands on experience of building and capability to manage high performing sales teams

  2. Proven track record of dealing at CEO & CMO level particularly within the tech industry and the startup world

  3. Provide strong leadership with the ability to build, train, coach and develop a high performing team including providing coaching and mentoring to other Team Leads

  4. Demonstrated track record in leading a sales team to surpass its targets and significantly grow the scale of the business partnerships under their control

  5. Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  6. Proven ability to build strong relationships at the executive level across the business both internally and externally with good market reputation

  7. Strong affinity for Facebook and the disruptive potential of our platform

  8. Exemplary analytical and strategic planning background

  9. Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment

  10. Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with a strong focus on collaboration

  11. Knowledge of the ASEAN market will be highly regarded.
