Facebook SMB Marketing Manager, Community Advocacy – APAC in Singapore

Facebook’s Small and Medium Business Marketing team is actively seeking a full-time and experienced marketer who will lead our community advocacy efforts throughout Asia Pacific.

He/she will possess the ability to scale specific treatments and accelerate our efforts to reach small business owners throughout the region, driving education, thought leadership and advocacy. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, creative, and operationally-savvy leader motivated by building and executing large integrated marketing programs which drive measurable impact. They will work closely with our small business, policy, communications and global business marketing teams to deliver programs that provides value to entrepreneurs and small business owners and strengthens perceptions of the Facebook brand in local communities. This is a full-time position based out of our Singapore office.

Required Skills:

  1. Define our regional Community Advocacy roadmap aligning global and local market priorities.

  2. Define a long term vision for the Customer Advocacy Programs[CAP] in APAC across the Facebook family of apps and services.

  3. Support the development of a program roadmap across identify, nurture and activate pillars.

  4. Own the nurture pillar and define scalable ideas and treatments to drive engagement i.e. SMB Councils, Community Leaders.

  5. Operationalize and scale the program via processes and cross-functional collaboration working with SMB Program & Ops and SMB Channel Marketing.

  6. Formulate best practices and build playbooks to support Marketing Leads and SMB teams to activate.

  7. Partner with measurement & analytics teams to measure program impact.

  8. Align initiatives within our overarching small business & economic growth narratives.

  9. Manage external marketing agencies and vendors.

  10. Manage the program budget.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8 + years of integrated marketing experience.

  2. Understanding of the small and medium business eco-system and the role that SMBs play in economic growth.

  3. Experience in developing and producing marketing programs and treatments with a clear framework for measuring success.

  4. Organizational and project management skills.

  5. Skilled when it comes to working cross-functionally and building relationships with key stakeholders.

  6. Experience leading and growing high performing teams.

  7. The role will require travel.

  8. Fluency in English and at least one other APAC language is essential.
