The Small & Medium Business (SMB) team contributes directly to this mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, and then helping them grow through solutions like Facebook Pages and Advertising. We succeed when we help our partners grow their business. Graduates joining our team will have an outstanding opportunity to build client relationships helping to scale sales with small businesses. Account Managers will leverage customer insights to help clients build their business using Facebook to drive success. The role of the account manager will be to establish, own and manage an expanding portfolio of clients, focusing on education, product adoption, optimizing client ad effectiveness/efficiencies as well as ultimately growing business. The ideal candidate will also have an appetite for identifying and executing on opportunities to scale solutions across other markets within APAC. Success in this position requires strong consultative analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position is based in Facebook’s APAC Headquarters in Singapore.

Required Skills:

  1. Grow revenue and solution adoption by providing Facebook solutions and continuously improving performance of Facebook Pages and ad campaigns

  2. Create collateral to deliver up-to-date education on Facebook products

  3. Optimize campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale

  4. Analyze data to identify growth opportunity and improve efficiency from managed portfolio

  5. Gather client’s feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience

  6. Partner with cross-functional teams to solve client’s issues and increase satisfaction

  7. Represent Facebook at conferences, events or through webinars

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Pursuing or recently completed BA/BS or MA/MS or related degree

  2. Fluency and excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Chinese and English

  3. Ability to manage ambiguity by coping with uncertainty and risk, as well as adapting to change

  4. Strong team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact

  5. Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set

  6. Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills, expertise in Microsoft Excel and/or SQL is a plus

  7. Familiar with Facebook’s ad products or other digital advertising platform. Direct experience running Facebook advertising for businesses is a plus

  8. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high- pressure situations

  9. Must be available to start employment between Jan 2018 and Oct 2018
