Summary:

Facebook is seeking a Sales Operations & Planning Manager to join the APAC Global Sales Operations team with day to with a day to day focus on Greater China. The mission of the Global Sales Operations group is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales organization – through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. We also identify and drive critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth. This is a full-time position and is located in our Singapore office.

Required Skills:

  1. Relationships: Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners across the company, including leading cross-functional task forces on major initiatives

  2. Strategic projects and initiatives: Translate global initiatives to regional level and help drive alignment. Develop projects at regional level that have potential to scale at a global level. Ability to push our business forward by completing strategic projects, aligning internal stakeholders and driving them to implementation

  3. Operating cadence / Rhythm of business - Rhythm of the business: Design and execute on standard cadence of operations (e.g., goal-setting, revenue review, key accounts reviews). Support Greater China sales teams with planning and operational requests e.g. annual planning, business reviews. Lead the target setting process for the Sales Teams in the Region. Set appropriate KPIs and track performance. Drive operational excellence in the Greater China sales organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business

  4. Business insights – Perform market analysis or opportunity sizing. Drive impactful analyses on major revenue and product trends, including vertical/sub-vertical performance, product adoption, leading revenue indicators, productivity and sales effectiveness Identify key levers for driving revenue growth

  5. Business partnership and strategic planning: Lead recurring planning processes and partner with sales leaders on how to optimize resources to drive growth, including medium/long-term planning focused on market opportunity sizing, product focus, resourcing and org design

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Good command of English with knowledge of Mandarin

  2. Prior experience with online advertiser will be an advantage

  3. MBA or Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, engineering, finance, economics, business or related field

  4. Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales operations, strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity

  5. Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights and recommendations from large, complex data sets

  6. Strong project management and influencing skills

  7. ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization

  8. Aptitude for operations and detailed oriented

  9. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Strong Excel skills with knowledge of Salesforce, SQL or tableau will be preferred
