Summary:

Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook’s success and we are looking to expand our team to help scale the way we recruit HR and Tech recruiting talent as we move into the next evolution of growth. As a member of our people recruiting team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage leading HR and recruiting talent. We’re passionate about disrupting the typical recruiting process in hopes to move faster. Our team takes an empathetic and transparent approach, driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. We are collaborative in problem-solving, with high resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role

  2. Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches

  3. Develop and execute the research strategy to support our global resourcing needs including evolving our processes so we can streamline and innovate how we work with the business

  4. Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals

  5. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. HR, Recruiting, Legal and Policy)

  6. Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years recruiting experience with growing organisations within the international Tech space

  2. Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements

  3. Demonstrated track record of building relationships to influence and communicate with leaders and cross-functional partners

  4. Prior use of talent market insights and exceptional data analysis skills to support decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams

  5. Experience managing cross-functional projects and events with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, HR and Recruiting communities, etc

  6. Passionate about Facebook and knowledge of the product and mission
