Facebook Program Specialist (Candidate Care Team) in Singapore

Summary:

Facebook is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Program Specialist for the APAC Candidate Care team. This person will report to the Candidate Care Program Manager and partner closely with APAC Recruiting Leadership and key business partners by developing programs and leading projects that enable site growthand increased interview capacity whilst improving candidate experience. This is full-timeposition is based in Singapore office.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead and develop innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency across candidate assessment and the recruiting process including interviewer training, calibration, planning & resource balancing

  2. Facilitate and partner key initiatives with Recruiting Coordination Lead/Manager, recruiting teams, stakeholders and hiring partners to develop and implement a signature candidate experience at scale across our APAC Recruiting organization

  3. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with recruiting leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Business Stakeholders, Global counterparts, Facilities, UR, Recruiting Programs teams, etc)

  4. Partner with University Recruiting during peak hiring to understand hiring demands and how these impact existing interviewer capacity and plan accordingly with recruiting and business leads

  5. Compile, forecast & analyze data and metrics on interviewer capacity, capabilities and interviewing activity to inform the recruiting strategy and remove bottlenecks to support business growth

  6. Ownership of Interviewer Recognition Programs, training and onboarding Recruiting Coordinators on tools and processes

  7. Project manage all interviewer training & calibration sessions

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of proven recruiting operations experience driving change and operational excellence in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

  2. Proven project management skills and ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and regionally

  3. Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills with experience partnering with senior leadership on recruiting strategy and hiring initiatives.

  4. Self-directed, detailed orientated problem solver with demonstrated experience and creativity in developing and improving processes

  5. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing your work time efficiently
