Facebook is seeking a Partner Centre Program Manager on the Global Business Marketing team within Global Marketing Solutions. In this role, you will be part of the Global Partner Centre team that works with sales and cross-functional partners to deliver immersive, customized experiences for executive meetings at the Facebook Partner Centre. The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker who can drive global initiatives that will continue to evolve the Partner Centre and elevate the Facebook brand; a project manager who can adapt to a wide range of tasks, including the day-to-day management of the Partner Centre; a collaborative team player and communicator who will work with our sales teams, advertisers, Facebook executives, and other internal stakeholders to drive business results. Marketing expertise within the sales, digital marketing and/or technology industries is required, as well as a working knowledge of Facebook’s existing advertising solutions. This position is based in our Singapore office.

Required Skills:

  1. Align with executive leadership and partner with sales teams to deliver impactful, customized meetings for Facebook's largest advertising and agency clients by crafting results-driven agendas with thoughtfully suggested sessions and speakers

  2. Engage with global and regional product and marketing experts to deliver the most relevant content during on-site meetings

  3. Recruit and establish a strong bench of regional speakers

  4. Work with our internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners to design and facilitate customized experiences on all aspects of meeting planning and execution

  5. Evaluate meeting requests, prioritize engagements and effectively manage resourcing and utilization

  6. Regularly report success metrics to leadership, gather feedback from sales teams and capture customer insights to continuously improve the program

  7. Manage regional operations and budgets

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree (preferably in business or marketing field)

  2. 8+ years’ experience in sales, program management, customer success marketing, client briefing centers or related functions

  3. Strong communication skills and experience building cross-functional relationships

  4. Experience working with global teams and driving regional projects preferred

  5. Organizational, process and project management skills

  6. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail

  7. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
