Instagram is seeking a Media Partners Services professional to work closely with the Strategic Partnership Managers (SPMs) in engaging with top strategic partners to support day-to-day operations, prioritise incoming requests, troubleshoot partner issues, and improve partner performance. As well as identifying and driving opportunities for partners across APAC, the candidate will have the ability to synthesize complex tasks into an efficient process, and have be able to prioritise tasks. In addition, this role will work closely with the SPM in developing and identifying opportunities across the region and multiple verticals by analysing data. Besides external partners, this role will also interface and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the globe. This position is located in our Singapore office.

Required Skills:

  1. Support SPMs in engaging and account management of top strategic partners*, *including scaled communications across the region

  2. Conduct data and insights analysis for external partners

  3. Monitor industry trends and co-own strategy and goals with SPMs

  4. Specialize in relevant products – closely interacting with related global teams and be the key go-to person for their vertical

  5. Support team projects and events (e.g. educational workshops for partners)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or higher

  2. 1 - 3 years of experience in account management, operations and/or project management

  3. Understanding of the digital media markets

  4. Able to work both independently, and also as a team with relevant SPMs

  5. Experience working with data and drawing insights from data

  6. Ability to multi-task, working on different projects and with different partners simultaneously

  7. Communication and presentation skills
