Together, we can help people build stronger communities — and we're just getting started.We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Partner Lead for APAC to collaborate with our leaders and HR Business Partner team in managing employee relations cases. The Employee Relations Partner Lead will be responsible for evolving and delivering the core practices of employee relations work, and contribute at a hands-on level to cultivate a vibrant Facebook culture. This is a full time opportunity based in our Singapore office.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with business and functional HR leaders regionally & globally to develop and lead effective people strategies and programs that enable Facebook APAC to scale well and manage a positive, best practice employee relations program for the APAC region

  2. Work with the business and within the team to highlight key trends in employee relations and actively drive training, systems and process improvement

  3. Take a broad / long term perspective and proactively identify complex organizational challenges and think systemically. Identify and offer multiple creative solutions and drive implementation

  4. Work on a number of HR projects relevant to clients and as well as on a number of culture related initiatives to scale the Facebook culture as we grow

  5. Able to influence, coach and drive impact through effective working relationships across the region

  6. Work in close collaboration with Legal ,HR Investigations and HRBP teams to implement solutions

  7. Continually pursue ways to improve existing policies and procedures around management of ER cases with a focus on efficiency and suitability for scale

  8. Support the development of employee relations capability among people managers in APAC through education and training

  9. Track, analyze and interpret ER metrics to provide insights on trends and opportunities to the business and HR BP teams

  10. Provide leadership and invest in the career development of the Employee Relations Partner

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of HR experience in an international fast paced organization, with a demonstrated full understanding of performance management and employee relations

  2. Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy

  3. Effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously

  4. Ability to interact with and effectively influence right up to the leadership levels of a professional organization

  5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and business acumen

  6. Keen to continue learning and developing their skillset, having a growth mindset

  7. BA/BSc preferably in HR, psychology or related disciplines

  8. Strong working knowledge of APAC wide employment legislation

  9. Passionate about the tech industry, embodies the Facebook values of being open, bold, moving fast and building social value

  10. Some travel to our offices across APAC will be required

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in Chinese or Japanese is preferred
