We are looking for an experienced marketer to join our B2B marketing efforts in Singapore. This position will be responsible for setting a strategy that transforms the way our Facebook for Business brand is positioned in a very important market for Facebook. This role incorporates all aspects of B2B marketing including driving a top-notch industry presence, identifying and sharing the right success stories, creating meaningful presentation content, driving the right mix of events in each market, identifying the most appropriate set of marketing collateral and more. This position will also be responsible for leading content creation regionally for South East Asian markets (particularly Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines & Vietnam ) that transform the way our Facebook for Business brand is positioned and empowers our sales team & their customersThis role incorporates all aspects of B2B marketing content including creation of industry keynote presentations, identifying and producing the right success stories, creating meaningful sales, event & marketing collateral plus packaging insights materials for the industry.The position will be part of the APAC business marketing team and will be a partner to the sales team in Singapore. This position requires a deep understanding of the marketing and advertising landscape in Singapore.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategy partnering with sales and other cross functional partners in Singapore. Create innovative content that can be used by our sales teams to generate new business, educate clients/partners on new products/features and engage clients/partners on innovative ways to drive awareness/sales via new marketing techniques

  2. Develop thought-leadership materials designed to enhance our advertisers', agency partners' and the industry's understanding of online marketing

  3. Develop and execute a calendar for events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities - transforming Facebook's industry presence in Singapore

  4. Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches

  5. Develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive growth and sales for clients

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree preferred, MBA or equivalent a plus

  2. At least 8 years and above of professional experience

  3. Demonstrated capacity for developing industry leading marketing strategies in an Internet and/or advertising environment

  4. Deep knowledge of the advertising/marketing industries in Singapore

  5. Experience working with senior marketers at both agencies and global brands and expertise supporting and enabling a sales organization

  6. Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams

  7. Fluency in spoken and written English
