Summary:

The Reseller Solutions Manager for Facebook’s Greater China team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our channel partners at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to manage our partner programs to drive business growth for Facebook, serve as a channel program expert, and lead program development, strategy and implementation. This role is responsible for developing and managing channel programs, enabling our partners to be our extended sales force in the local market to scale business for Facebook, and uplift business efficiency. Success in this position requires strong collaboration, communication, consultative sales and analytical skills, focus on solution and problem solving, excel at working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position is based in our Hong Kong office.

Required Skills:

  1. Reseller Management and Enablement:

  2. Manage the channel partners (e.g. resellers, media agencies, marketing partners, etc.) and drive their business growth together with the Reseller Partner

  3. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams (XFN)

  4. Design programs to equip the channel partners to be capable and knowledgeable of products and solutions to truly represent Facebook in the market

  5. Provide data and insight for channel partners, facilitate them to make better business decisions and strategy to grow business

  6. Program Development/Management and Operational excellence:

  7. Liaise and coordinate with internal business and internal team stakeholders on different programs to drive business growth and enhance operation efficiency

  8. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery

  9. Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases

  10. Perform risk management and change management on projects

  11. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks

  12. Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions

  13. Interface with Engineering and business owners for program requirements and scope

  14. Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to define team needs

  15. Define and own metrics and key performance indicators

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years’ experience on program and project management, preferably directly with marketing, media, consulting, and/or companies with channel partner relationships, with demonstrated leadership experience

  2. Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills

  3. Experience working effectively with cross functional teams and all levels of management

  4. Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details

  5. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team

  6. Ability to confidently present to external clients

  7. High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment

  8. Fluent in Mandarin and English
