Facebook Product Managers work with teams of engineers and designers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. This position is full-time and based at our Seattle office.
We are expanding our Seattle presence and looking for a PM leader to join our Goodwill team. The Goodwill team is focused on building brand experiences and products that are compassionate and empathetic to the range of experiences people have every day, such as seeing memories through On This Day, sending personalized videos to celebrate a birthday or friendversary, or celebrating a major holiday.
We are looking for a PM to help shape our brand strategy. Every month, almost two billion people see Goodwill experiences, and this ML-heavy team is responsible over delivering our experiences to people on our platform. We're looking for someone who can lead strategy, handle complex systems, and solve audacious challenges.
The ideal PM will have experience working on complex systems where ML is used to solve business problems. Someone who can think strategically, have taken on ambiguous challenges, flesh them out into detailed plans, and led them all the way through to having impact on people lives.
Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
10+ years product management experience
Experience working on problems related with AI and system optimization (ads targeting, search, Feed-type work, etc.)
Experience being data driven and analyzing and understanding data, working with data analysts, and making decisions based on data
- BA/BS in computer science or related.
