Facebook Digital Marketing Manager, Partnerships Marketing in Seattle, Washington

We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer for the Partnerships Marketing team to help drive awareness, product adoption and retention of Facebook for Creators solutions which help video creators create, build, and grow their communities on Facebook. This role will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of all digital media campaigns focused on video creators. In addition, this role will manage all Facebook for Creators social channels as well as all email and newsletter initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising, analytics, and driving measurable results at a large scale. Additionally, they'll have experience driving large cross-channel digital campaigns combining earned, owned, and paid media to drive results. This will include managing media campaigns across a wide range of both organic and paid digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, Email, Display, and SEM.

The role will require someone with strong communication skills as well as technical and analytical skills. This person will partner regularly with external and internal global cross-functional teams. This position is full-time and will be based out of Seattle, WA, or Menlo Park, CA.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead media campaign strategy end-to-end from planning, execution, testing, optimizing, and reporting

  2. Develop, execute and optimize campaigns across multiple online channels (Email, Facebook Ads, Display, SEM) to drive short-term and long-term results

  3. Manage all Facebook for Creators social channels including Facebook and Instagram including overseeing moderation

  4. Work cross-functionally with multiple internal/external stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns and build world-class marketing infrastructure

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a track record of increased responsibility

  2. Experience in multiple digital marketing channels, including Facebook Ads, Display, Email

  3. Experience with various Facebook interfaces: Ads Manager, Power Editor, Business Manager, Page Insights

  4. Business acumen and quantitative analytical experience

  5. Experience with Marketo or similar email marketing automation platform

  6. SQL or similar data experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. B2C marketing experience

  2. BA/BS in business, marketing, economics, statistics, or computer science
