Summary:

Facebook is seeking a Recruiting Project Coordinator to join our technical staffing team. The web is shifting from a vast encyclopedia of information to a social environment that reflects our real identities and the relationships and information we care about. Required Skills:

  1. Provide first line support for the Candidate Debrief or Interviewer Training Program Product Design & Product Management

  2. Perform data analysis & consistent clean-up of tools data

  3. Execute logistical planning as needed

  4. Read and respond to Interviewer Training or Debrief inquires across Product Design & Product Management

  5. Work cross-functionally with Recruiting and Client Teams

  6. Work in tandem with the Recruiting Project Coordinators to maintain consistency within the Training or Debrief Program across Product Design & Product Management

  7. Work closely with our Global Tech Recruiting Operations Specialist on scaling the Candidate Debrief Program or the Interviewer Training & Capacity across Product

  8. Wiki Re-Vamp/Maintenance

  9. Provide continuous training/education on Candidate Debrief or Training Program processes across Product Design & Product Management

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 1+ years project management or coordinating experience

  2. Experience using Microsoft Outlook

  3. Knowledge of filters & pivot tables in Excel

  4. Experience managing entire projects from initiation to completion

  5. Experience tracking multiple details and data points related to a project

  6. Experience self-directing, problem solving, and focusing on multiple details simultaneously

  7. Experience prioritizing multiple priorities simultaneously and tasks while managing their work time

  8. Experience creating and sustaining relationships with external and internal clients
