Summary:

Facebook is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Recruiting Project Coordinator. The role will support the Global Business Recruiting team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume project activities and data management.

Required Skills:

  1. Coordinate and track project management activities by liaising with internal and external stakeholders

  2. Monitor project progress and escalate risks and issues to management

  3. Create communication and change management plans and execute to business partners

  4. Pull, analyze and story-tell data into concise presentations

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years experience in a management consulting, or similar project manager/coordinator role for a tech or consumer company

  2. Problem solving, organizational and analytical experience, with the experience acting independently

  3. Experience working in cross-functional teams and with stakeholders

  4. Experience processing and analyzing data sets, interpreting them for making business decisions

  5. Experience in MS PPT, Excel, Word
