Summary:

Facebook is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Recruiting Coordinator. The role will support a recruiting team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity.

Required Skills:

  1. Coordinating phone, onsite and skype interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.

  2. Coordinate candidate travel & the candidate expenses process.

  3. Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date.

  4. Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates.

  5. Meeting and greeting candidates who are onsite for interview.

  6. Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates.

  7. Produce ad hoc recruiting reports.

  8. Participate in recruiting events.

  9. Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team.

  10. Work closely with other coordinators on the team to constantly refine the process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity across US offices.

  2. Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook or PC based calendar/meeting applications.

  3. Experience building relationships with external and internal clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 6+ months experience coordinating interviews for a Facebook Recruiting Team.
