Summary:

Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook's success. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. We are looking for a Program Manager to work at the intersection of learning & development, project management, communications and change management to help drive onboarding learning initiatives across our recruiting function. He/she will be part of the Recruiting Learning team and will be responsible for managing: Development/refresh of learning programs, delivery of the programs, including communications, change management and logistics coordination activities, and a network of individuals who sit within our Recruiting pillars and are responsible for helping to deliver the learning programs within their respective pillars.

Required Skills:

  1. Scope holistic onboarding learning programs based on a strategic assessment of new joiner skill development requirements and stakeholder input – including TalentCamp (Recruiting’s three day onboarding program) and our post-TalentCamp program (six month learning program following TalentCamp)

  2. Partner with Recruiting Learning instructional designers to develop onboarding programs that leverage a blended design model (facilitator-led, eLearning, etc.)

  3. Establish project plans that account for all necessary learning program development and delivery activities (design, development, delivery and measurement)

  4. Manage learning program projects, ensuring they remain on track and are targeting desired measurable business outcomes

  5. Assess how learning programs will impact their target audiences and put communications and change management plans in place based on those assessments

  6. Establish and implement a measurement strategy aimed at monitoring the effectiveness of the onboarding programs

  7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on measurement outcomes

  8. Leading a team of at least two who are responsible for the delivery of TalentCamp

  9. Work with Recruiting Learning’s Manager to develop and update strategic plans, prioritize projects, and establish a Recruiting Learning roadmap that outlines annual learning development and delivery activities across all of Recruiting Learning

  10. Identify integrations and establish contacts across the organization to align efforts and plan implementation

  11. Escalate issues as they relate to Recruiting Learning priorities, goals, strategies, resources and key initiatives

  12. Prepare and deliver presentations to learning program stakeholders

  13. Travel 15% of the time

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree

  2. 8+ years of project management experience

  3. 3+ years of experience delivering learning programs

  4. 5+ years of leadership experience managing a team

  5. 2+ years of communications and change management experience

  6. Experience managing multiple projects and delivering work

  7. 5+ years of experience leading industry learning development tools to create training programs (Example: Articulate)

  8. Experience using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree

  2. 4+ years of experience in Communications with successful track record of delivering results, comprehensive understanding of effective communications practices and measurement, and working with and creating communications for leadership

  3. 2+ years of strategic planning experience in a similar environment or in a planning/consultant role

  4. Analytical and problem-solving skills to plan strategy, tactics and perform root-cause analysis

  5. Familiarity with project management tools, lifecycles, etc.
