The Global Talent Intelligence team supports our Recruiting organization by providing impactful competitive intelligence in support of finding and hiring the world’s best for Facebook. We are building a scaled approach to collecting, storing and analyzing talent intelligence unlocking more competitive differentiation and recruiting team effectiveness. This team focuses on applying data/research findings to drive the right hiring outcomes. The GTI Lead reports to the Head of Global Talent Intelligence.
Leads a team of Talent Intelligence Analysts in support of near and long-term projects.
Collaboratively manages and develops direct and indirect team members in multiple geographies.
Drives the ROI in our Talent Intelligence community by applying data/research findings to support the right hiring outcomes for Global Recruiting.
Ensures all GTI initiatives are high impact, well-defined, well-communicated, and prioritized.
Ensures rigorous approach to identifying diverse talent in all GTI efforts.
Proactively identifies and executes on opportunities to provide better data and insights supporting the Global Recruiting Organization in finding the world's best talent for Facebook.
Ensures stakeholder alignment of priorities and initiatives across related functions (Recruiting Leadership, Strategic Sourcing, People Planning, Recruiting Insights, HR, L&D, etc.).
Manages and escalates risks and issues as appropriate, and establishes success metrics for projects.
Measures the outcomes and outputs of projects and talent intelligence endeavors and leverage quantitative and qualitative results to inform impact of GTI's work.
Leads the creation and delivery of quarterly business reviews that can accurately capture performance by using SLAs and KPIs.
Inspires high performance teams: typically responsible for training and developing strong in team or cross-functional team peers/partners.
5+ years of Recruiting experience inclusive of people management.
Experience having impact on team, recruiting function and partner organizations: influences partner and client goals.
Proven experience having mid to-long-term planning horizon of 9+ months (goals, people management and development, delivery, cross-team projects and initiatives).
Experience working cross-functionally and hold people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure.
Experience working on more than one project at a time.
Experience working across various levels of the organization.
Experience promoting and sharing recruiting content both to groups and global audiences.
Experience in high-tech environment
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
Experience in HR project management, working on projects that impact the recruiting process
Experience in leading global projects and/or people management
Global/multi-location leadership experience
