Summary:

Facebook is seeking a Talent Sourcer to proactively identify and assess talent for our Global Marketing Solutions. As a member of our Latin America recruiting team, the Talent Sourcer works closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find candidates for our Global Marketing Solutions (GMS) organizations.

We conceive practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. We’re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience, and that starts with the first conversation a candidate has with us. We’re seeking a dynamic person who brings a level of motivation, curiosity and innovation to our team.

Required Skills:

  1. Play a hybrid role, working with sourcing and full cycle recruiting hat's depending on moment of the organization

  2. Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on our knowledge management systems so as to both facilitate the search process and our overarching Market Intelligence initiatives

  3. Leverage talent market and industry research, providing impactful talent and market insights, and helping execute the sourcing strategies for a variety of roles and talent initiatives

  4. Become an expert on a Facebook business, product and industry research to enable insight-driven talent strategies and recommendations that influence thinking and make real impact on our diversity initiatives

  5. Present insights in a compelling way that influences action and helps us crack tough business problems

  6. Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactic

  7. Research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns

  8. Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn

  9. Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas Research, identify and cultivate internal and external talent networks that support Facebook’s diversity talent strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Research or analysis professional consulting, executive search or corporate environment

  2. Prior use and organization of market insights to help drive real business solutions (in this instance, optimizing for talent/ hiring strategies)

  3. Demonstrated knowledge of research methods (tools, frameworks, etc.) within the media corporate and/or technology sectors

  4. Either a degree on a research field, or work experience focused on using and uncovering insights, or proven experience at a such projects

  5. Research/sourcing skills with ability to dive into searches for requisitions

  6. Bachelor's degree

  7. Experience working with or supporting reporting and insights

  8. Project management experience with multiple stakeholders

  9. Industry and market knowledge with ability to understand relevant skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities
