Summary:

The LatAm Team is seeking an experienced Leadership Sourcer to develop strategies for identifying & qualifying candidates in close partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Partners within our Global Marketing Solutions and Business Teams. Our team conceives practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. We’re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience, and that starts with the first conversation a candidate has with us, which is more often than not with a member of our Sourcing team. We’re seeking a dynamic Sourcer who brings a level of motivation, curiosity and scrappiness to our team. The position is a Full-Time position and is based in our Sao Paulo office.

Required Skills:

  1. Innovate on ways to develop an executive level talent pipeline across the web, conferences, events, linked-in, boolean searches, referral programs, sourcing campaigns, and through extensive research

  2. Build competitive intelligence with a deep understanding of the landscape and provide recommendations to leadership recruiter and internal partners on best approach in each new search, own research, create target lists and source candidates

  3. Prescreen candidates and influence interview and hiring discussions

  4. Collaborate with the Programs team and our clients on Leadership

  5. Engagement initiatives, events, recommendations for Talent Mapping and creating long term relationships

  6. Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis

  7. Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our recruiting team

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Passionate about Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry

  2. 8+ years executive level sourcing for a search firm or in-house recruiting team

  3. Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills

  4. Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process

  5. Interest in contributing to our Facebook mission and goals

  6. Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions and build/understand the competitive landscape

  7. Sound candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates
