Facebook is seeking an experienced Adminstrative Assistant. This position is full-time and located in our São Paulo Office.

Required Skills:

  1. Coordinate internal and external meetings for People team

  2. Manage hectic and complex calendars

  3. Prepare expense reports

  4. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements

  5. Organize space planning and large offsite events

  6. General office duties as needed

  7. Build cross-functional relationships between departments

  8. Drive HR communication projects focused on building an internal HR community

  9. Be the admin focal point for HR team by being responsible for schedules, agendas, events and administrative actions

  10. Create memos and action plans from meetings and being responsible for follow-ups and proactively keeping track of to dos

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of full-time administrative experience with areas or executives

  2. Organized and detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments

  3. Communication skills. Fluency in English is a must have

  4. Strong scheduling and travel coordination skills

  5. Constantly searching for new and exciting ways to strengthen team programs

  6. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization

  7. Active knowledge of how to engage team members and managers to make quick and effective transitions

  8. Proven establishment of solid connections to build successful relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with HR teams is a plus

  2. Spanish is a plus
