Facebook is seeking to grow its Partner Services team within Entertainment Partnerships across France and Southern Europe. The Media Partnerships team at Facebook works closely with the leading content creators in the world, including broadcasters, publishers, and public figures. This role will work closely with Strategic Partnership Managers, Policy, Data Analysts, Product Managers, Engineers, Operations and other teams to ensure an amazing experience. This is a full-time role based in Paris.

Required Skills:

  1. Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver scalable solutions for Entertainment Partnerships programs

  2. Use data to spot opportunities and deliver insights to improve partners’ performance

  3. Proactively analyze and communicate metrics and vertical trends as they relate to entertainment

  4. Develop an understanding of Partnerships' goals and help determine ways to track progress

  5. Manage the implementation and optimization of educational trainings and workshops

  6. Align with product and operations teams to act as an expert on specific media products

  7. Offer high-touch solutions based on familiarity with product launch status and bugs

  8. Serve as an internal advocate in connecting teams to product and operational solutions

  9. Develop and maintain the measurement infrastructure to drive strategic growth in the vertical

  10. Support entertainment partners and liaise with Strategic Partner Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure that partners have the best possible experience on the platform

  11. Proactively advocate for partners and push issues toward resolution

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA or BS Degree or higher

  2. 5+ years of experience in online operations, consulting, or account, partner, or project management

  3. Fluent in English and French

  4. Ability and experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in changing environments

  5. Knowledge of media & entertainment ecosystem in EMEA

  6. Communication and presentation skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for Facebook

  7. Ability to work cross-functionally, both internally and externally

  8. Ability to solve problems in a collaborative environment

  9. Able to prioritize when juggling multiple responsibilities on behalf of multiple partners

  10. Ability to analyze data to tell a story and make recommendations
