Facebook Regional Product Marketing Manager, Direct Response, North America in New York, New York

Facebook seeks an experienced Product Marketing professional with strong background in direct marketing to drive the regional go-to-market strategy for our Ads solutions. The successful candidate must have experience working with unmanaged channels to drive product adoption in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company. He or she must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent critical thinking and digital marketing skills. He or she must also have experience influencing stakeholders. This is a full-time position, based in New York or Menlo Park.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with regional sales leadership, regional business marketing and product marketing managers to drive product adoption and revenue growth for our advertising solutions

  2. Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to help roll out new advertising products and feature enhancements

  3. Drive best practice awareness, implementation, and growth of Direct Response Solutions

  4. Track and drive toward product adoption goals

  5. Effectively communicate with sales leadership and customers to distill and surface market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products

  6. Partner with the Business Marketing team to develop and drive go-to-market through various channels (including PR, events, etc.)

  7. Develop product adoption program for both internal (sales) and external (clients, agencies and Marketing Partners) audiences

  8. Brings perspective on digital marketing, the industry & client objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 5+ years of experience with direct response advertising across display, ad networks and/or search, with experience in optimizing performance campaigns

  3. Product marketing experience in the web and mobile advertising and experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels

  4. Analytical experience solving problems with data

  5. Experience influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers

  6. Track record of mentoring and leading teams

  7. Experience in a client facing capacity
