Summary:

Facebook is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive product adoption and go-to-market strategies for our video products. The successful candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new products with large advertisers and agencies. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of brand advertisers and video ad technology solutions, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a highly cross-functional, dynamic environment. This is a full-time position based in our New York City or Menlo Park offices.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with sales and marketing to build global go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of video products

  2. Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights

  3. Distill and surface market feedback from advertisers and agencies to product teams to influence product roadmap

  4. Develop and execute global go-to-market plan for roll out of new products and feature enhancements

  5. Collaborate with training resources to lead, design, and participate in training programs to further product knowledge within partnership field teams

  6. Work with Marketing to ensure product materials are customized for regional use and local marketing channels are effectively leveraged

  7. Work with PR to devise launch strategies for featured products

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 3+ years work experience in technology or advertising

  3. Experience with management and persuading leadership, cross-functional teams, and people who aren’t reporting directly to you

  4. Analytical experience used to influence key stakeholders and driving resolution

  5. Customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity

  6. Experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking and working independently

  7. Experience communicating the benefits of various marketing strategies to business audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. MBA

  2. Experience working at a media agency or ad tech company
