Facebook Product Marketing Manager, Third Party Ecosystem in New York, New York

Facebook seeks an experienced advertising and Product Marketing professional, with a strong background in full funnel marketing and project management, to drive the adoption of our products across the third-party ecosystem (e.g., agencies, resellers, ad tech partners, etc.). A core element of the position will be to help build and roll out a new partner incentive program and identify new ways Facebook can partner with third parties to better serve our clients. The successful candidate must have experience working with product & sales channels to drive successful product growth in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company. They must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent critical thinking and digital marketing skills. They must also have experience influencing senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. This role will be based in our Menlo Park or New York City office.
Partner with sales, product and partnerships to build global go-to-market strategies to drive scaled adoption of products by third parties such as agencies, resellers, or ad tech companies
Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights
Distill and surface market feedback from third parties to product teams for new and existing products
Develop and execute global go-to-market plan for roll out of new products and feature enhancements
Collaborate with training resources to lead, design, and participate in training programs to further product knowledge within partnership field teams
Work with Marketing to ensure product materials are customized for regional use and local marketing channels are effectively leveraged
Work with PR to devise launch strategies for featured products
3+ years work experience in technology, advertising, measurement, or business/sales operations
Management experience and experience persuading leadership, cross-functional teams, and people who aren’t reporting directly to you
Analytical experience used to influence key stakeholders and drive resolution
Customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity
Experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking and working independently
Experience communicating the benefits of multiple marketing strategies to business audiences
Experience working at a media agency or ad tech company
