Summary:

Facebook seeks an experienced marketing program and people manager who is passionate about marketing the value of Facebook’s video solution to publishers and advertisers through our internal partner channels. The vision for this role is to partner with internal teams and external publishers to bring video ad programming and packaging opportunities to market including Facebook Anthologies. Anthology is a Facebook program designed to re-invent the way brands connect with culture and communities. These are branded content campaigns and experiences, built with people's favorite storytellers (publishers, networks, studio, talent, leagues, and more), designed to maximize the use of Facebook's creative spaces in order to drive clients' brands and business.

The successful candidate must have experience building, managing and executing strategic marketing programs in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be a self-starter with people management experience, the ability to align broad cross-functional teams and be comfortable developing and executing marketing programs with internal and external stakeholders. They must thrive in cross-functional teams and exhibit communication and prioritization skills. This is a full-time position located in New York.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage at least two regional go-to-market leads

  2. Partner with product, Sales, and Creative Shop on the overall strategy and go-to-market for Anthologies

  3. Oversee end-to-end operational execution against this go-to-market strategy

  4. Gather and consolidate inputs (including sales priorities, partner priorities, and cultural moments that are critical to our clients)

  5. Own the prioritization and translation of these priorities into an annual calendar of key moments we will be programming Anthologies for, along with associated go-to-market timing

  6. Define and own go-to-market process for bringing Anthologies to internal stakeholders (including sales) and to clients

  7. Oversee the creation of collateral and training materials

  8. Partner with deal desk and our internal creative agency, Creative Shop, to ensure optimal pricing and deal structure

  9. Define and own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for tracking and reporting of the effectiveness of the program

  10. Optimize the program against these KPIs where possible

  11. Work with our internal creative and insights team to package Anthologies as part of larger Facebook initiatives

  12. Work with operations and sales to analyze and define inventory and pricing per program

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years of work experience

  2. Experience shaping and bringing to market custom programs including sponsorships, branded content, and brand integration

  3. Experience leading cross-functional teams, including stakeholder management on a global basis

  4. Experience thinking both strategically and operationally

  5. Experience with project management, presentation and communication with peers, management, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in a global remote team

  2. Experience at a global media agency and/or publisher
