This role will be part of the Global Marketing Science team focused on scaling knowledge, insights and solutions to create greater impact around the teams’ expertise on measurement, consumer insights, and the Facebook auction. This manager along with their team will work closely with the Marketing Science Measurement teams to build scaled education around Measurement methodologies, research and insights to drive a deeper understanding of how to effectively measure marketing success on Facebook.
They would be intellectually curious, a great communicator, data-driven, a fast learner and able to move fast while keeping focused on high impact projects. Applicants should have a strong quantitative understanding, a talent for taking complex concepts and distilling them into clear accessible formats.
We are seeking a Global Marketing Science Education Manager who has the ability to lead and execute education programs to various audiences with differing degrees of technical and subject matter expertise. Most importantly we need a leader who can create global programs with measurable success and impact.
Manage, hire and develop a talented team of subject matter & training experts
Work closely with Marketing Science cross-functional teams, Measurement Product, Global Sales Learning, & Global Marketing Teams to deliver educations plans to key audiences
Drive training/education strategy for internal and external partners, including in person, video, self-learning, and external certification programs
Work closely with global counterparts to have deep understanding of needs in each market and build globally-relevant programs
Oversee all measurement content in global on-boarding programs in partnership with Global Sales Learning
Collaborate with other leadership within Marketing Science and throughout our Global Marketing Solutions organization at Facebook
Maintain knowledge of important market trends that are relevant to the larger advertising community
7+ years experience in a quantitative research field, such as consulting, market research, marketing analytics or advanced Degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar quantitative field (PhD)
Experienced leader who can build teams and programs
Experience in Advertising Measurement or Media buying
Knowledge of advertising and measurement methods and technologies
Experience in data manipulation and interpretation
Experience communicating analysis and results to audiences of differing technical levels
- Experience in training/education of non-technical audience in more technical subjects
