Summary:

Come be part of the creative team at Facebook that is leading the industry in new ways to build advertising ideas in the rapidly changing media, mobile and marketing world, Facebook Creative Shop. Creative Shop's mission is to serve, inspire and provoke our partners to create ideas that build meaningful connections between people and businesses. We are a team focused on understanding how creativity is evolving. We learn by building ideas with our clients and partner agencies. And we use our learnings to influence millions of businesses building ads on our platforms everyday.

As a Global Activation Manager, you will lead, develop, and manage initiatives that scale our most important creative learnings to internal audiences. You will identify opportunities where our internal partners need creative education and tools and build solutions to address them. With a focus on empowering our internal teams to have effective creative conversations, you will own our internal sales trainings, working with Creative Shop and other cross-functional partners to build out the curriculum, and our design team to get adoption for training through marketing. You will maintain our always-on education track, while creating tentpole activations around education. You will set the stage for the most effective delivery of our in-person trainings, and set-up a system to train experts to present our curriculum globally.

You will build and manage our global Creative Ambassador program for your regional counterparts to adopt and activate in their regions. You will own and manage Pop-up Creative Shop, which is an on-going series of light-touch internal creative consultations, and provide turn-key tools that Creative Shop can share with sales. You will be the voice of Creative Shop's latest tools and resources, distributing them through various channels to the greater Global Marketing Sales org.

As a marketing expert, you'll apply your own creativity to build awareness and participation of our programs, working with our design team to insure our initiatives are dynamic in presentation, following Creative Shop guidelines. You will work with Sales support teams to provide them with our creative POV for all of their initiatives including internal meetings, newsletters and learning journeys.

You are a concise and dynamic communicator, on-line and in-person. You are able to capture a room, setting yourself apart from other presenters. You are able to distill large concepts down into talking points and materials to scale broadly. You are an incredible problem-solver. You are one of those unique and hard-to-find individuals who thinks creatively about everything, but who can manage the tar out of a program or project because of your exceptional executional skills.
