As a Facebook Diversity Business Partner, you will develop and execute strategic and holistic diversity strategies and programs with aligned tools, metrics and resources. Our goal is to enable the development and advancement of diverse internal talent, to strengthen our employer brand, and to increase volume of skilled diverse applicants and hires.
We are seeking a team-oriented and skilled diversity and inclusion practitioner with demonstrated ability to design, implement and execute holistic strategies aligned to the employee life-cycle. Key to this role is the ability to partner and integrate diversity and inclusion within HR and recruiting processes with the ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and collectively make an impact. This person will bring together both internal and external diversity events into one roadmap, including recruiting events, internal/external tech talks, community outreach and branding events across multiple locations.
This role is located in New York City, New York, and will partner with the various site management teams, business leads, managers, HR Business Partners and Recruiting to develop and execute data-driven diversity strategies for the Tech sites in our Boston, Seattle, and New York offices.
Create the strategy for building a diverse candidate pipeline and assist recruiters/sourcers in attracting a diverse slate of candidates with an emphasis on technical hiring
Drive new program development across candidate channels as it relates to the intersection of experienced recruiting and diversity
Partner with Community Outreach leaders to identify and build relationships with external diverse partners that deliver impact and support our D&I strategies
Support the public policy team in prioritizing local and state government engagement opportunities as it relates to diversity initiatives
Set goals and track progress for employees completing Managing Bias, Managing Inclusion and Be the Ally L&D workshops across multiple offices
Research and analyze external talent pools and partner organizations to create customized recruitment strategies by pipelines
Collaborate with Facebook Resource Groups, Diversity Taskforce Teams, Learning and Development and HR Business Partners to develop and execute strategies for retention, engagement and promotion of diverse talent
Provide data, analysis and recommendations to guide decision-making related to strategic recruitment and retention efforts
7+ years of experience with diversity recruitment and diversity strategy consultation
7+ years of experience with HR Talent management programming
Experience with Diversity content development and facilitation
Experience with project management, strategic operations, strategy consulting, and designing data-driven diversity program strategies
Experience with research and data analysis
