Facebook Director of Compensation - Programs & Operations in New York, New York

Facebook is seeking a leader of compensation to run our global programs and operations team which leads global compensation programs and processes across the company. This role will be responsible for leading the planning, design and administration of global programs, processes and annual budget planning and focal review. This full-time role is based at Facebook's corporate headquarters in Menlo Park, CA and reports to the VP of Compensation.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide thought leadership regarding compensation analytics, operations, global programs and strategy for the company

  2. Manage the programs & operations team and allocate support across businesses, regions, projects and programs

  3. Collaborate with HRIS resources on tool strategy, improvements and enhancements

  4. Measure and track work to move towards predictive modeling for activity volume requirements and timing

  5. Responsible for overall planning and project management for global pay programs

  6. Identify processes, programs or capabilities that could benefit from automation, outsourcing or delegation

  7. Drive end-to-end consistency across programs and train resources

  8. Ensure tools and subject matter experts are leveraged in scaling compensation planning, annual cycles and comp program automation

  9. Build the team and ensure development of capabilities needed as the team and company scale

  10. Define compensation team SLAs back to business in partnership with compensation business partners

  11. Define external partnership strategies and SLA for partners which perform outsourced/delegated work

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or similar field

  2. 12+ years of compensation experience

  3. 5+ years of experience running programs and operations for compensation teams

  4. 5+ years of people management experience

  5. Experience with a global HR system

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree

  2. Salesforce and/or Workday experience

  3. Project Management Professional Certification ('PMP')
