The Studio is a team within the Creative Shop focused on reinventing the way people engage with culture & communities by building premium branded content experiences with world class partners.

Required Skills:

  1. Visual Design - Design lead bringing projects to life in order to package them for pitch to partners and/or brands. In addition, the lead for any and all Studio or Anthology visual/branding work.

  2. Prototyping & Building Proof of Concepts - Key design lead on Studio Anthology projects working with content partners in order to develop prototypes and/or proof of concepts that will lead to learning and aid in pitching to potential sponsors.

  3. Systems Design - Part of a team focused on reinventing the way media partners and brands can leverage our creative spaces at scale to design Anthology experiences and campaigns that people will love, and that can drive brand objectives.

  4. Agile Methodologies - Part of a team working to help develop and execute innovative and iterative approaches for media partners to ship their content and campaigns across Facebook, Inc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience working in design

  2. Portfolio of visual, graphic, packaging design work to showcase

  3. Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote (including animation in Keynote)

  4. Communicator: Communication experience, a visual design vocabulary, and experience articulating design direction and thinking

  5. Legally authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Motion Design and After Effects

  2. Content & Media Fanatic: You love storytelling, content and the role design plays in not just aesthetics but also in systems and the experience media plays in creative

  3. Focused: You are a fast learner who hits the ground running, balancing multiple projects at once and you have a track record of delivering consistent performance and growth

  4. Initiative: You have a drive for continuous development and often jump-start projects without clear direction, as well as an ability to multi-task and move fast

  5. Partnership: You are an expert collaborator and thrive off of working with other creatives, partners and disciplines

  6. Culture-Keeper: You believe that a strong team is fueled by a positive culture of respect
