This role is located in New York, NY.
Applicants must be able to obtain work authorization in the US at time of hire. As company sponsorship is not available, worker will be required to maintain work authorization during employment.
Be the Design & Prototype lightening rod, who stimulates our team with motion and design inspiration to open our conceptual minds as we chase industry-changing creative ideas and campaigns.
Work hand-in-hand with our creative teams to package, mock-up, storyboard, comp, wire frame, prototype early-stage ideas quickly and beautifully.
Experiment with different video/animation techniques, tools, to bring to life ideas and concepts.
Elevate the design and craft of our high-priority client pitches.
Help re-imagine executional boundaries through the early participation in the conceptualization of the creative work.
Constantly push yourself and the team to learn more than everyone else about how best to position and sell ideas.
Experiment with new design tools, techniques, products, processes, methods, and approaches to push creative craft boundaries for advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
Work closely with product specialists and creative strategists to achieve deep understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising products (e.g. Live, Canvas, 360, Messenger, etc.) to develop a perspective on the application of design craft and creative execution.
Deliver against time, quality, and technical constraints.
Bring curiosity, grit, creativity, and empathy every day to the team and this important role.
3+ years of experience applying crafted design to advertising, marketing and/or new media
Communicator: Communication experience, a visual design vocabulary, and experience articulating design direction and thinking
Experience working on projects such involving narrative, advertising campaigns and idea-prototyping
Experience building custom designs and animation via the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience building presentation-ready content in Keynote
Experience in film editing and editing techniques using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier, and/or Avid

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Hand-Illustration or analog design skills
Experience in Motion Design, After Effects, and emerging tools for prototyping
