Facebook seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to join the growing Partnerships Marketing team, leading our marketing initiatives across North America and Latin America for our Publisher Solutions business. Our goal is to educate and inspire media publishers and app developers with what is possible with Facebook, so they can uncover and deliver value to their business. In this role, you will work with our partner facing and global marketing team to develop the regional marketing strategy and bring it to life through all aspects of marketing communications including digital channels, sharing success stories, creating presentation content, developing events sponsorships, creating marketing collateral and more.
The successful candidate will have marketing or communications experience and demonstrated success building, managing and executing marketing programs that drive short and long-term impact. They must be able to combine strategic-thinking with best-in-class creative and operational output. Communication skills and experience in cross-functional teams is a must. This position is based in our New York office.
Lead the Publisher Solutions business marketing strategy, budgeting, and plans for the regions
Partner with sales stakeholders to plan, prioritize and execute against revenue, product and strategic goals in NA and LATAM
Partner with global and cross-functional teams to drive and deliver scalable marketing programs across channels including digital and events
Lead the execution of best-in-class multi-channel programs coordinating with cross-functional teams including Partnerships, Platform, Product Marketing and Creative
Work with the broader marketing team and cross-functional counterpoints to ensure cohesion and scalability of global programs while sharing best practices
Influence and manage multiple stakeholders across the business to drive alignment
Contribute to the Facebook culture and drive a positive and productive work environment
Measure the impact of marketing programs and ROI
Regular travel expected within regions
10+ years experience in business, media and/or enterprise marketing
Experience in stakeholder management
Experience working in a matrix organization
Experience leading geographically distributed work
Experience leading strategic, thought-leadership marketing initiatives
Experience planning and executing multi-channel activations
Project management experience, ensuring programs are delivered against deadlines
Experience in managing cross-functional working relationships across multiple teams
Experience with hands-on in execution of deliverables
- Experience working in or with the Advertising, Media or Gaming industry
