Summary:

People around the world use Facebook to help keep each other safe and supported on Facebook. To support them, Facebook is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager, Social Good. The Strategic Partner Manager will work closely with the product lead and external partners to develop and launch products that help people use their social networks to improve individual and community health. This is a full-time position located in Mumbai, Gurgaon or Delhi, India.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead Social Good strategic partnerships for India and a few other countries in South Asia as needed

  2. Initiate, structure, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships with leading public and private-sector social impact organizations

  3. Develop market analyses and strategies for growing product adoption

  4. Work closely with product, marketing, and business operations teams to understand new markets, define product needs and opportunities, and bring new products to market

  5. Develop and execute programs to support partners in adopting new products and using Facebook products to advance their organizations' mission

  6. Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics to help partner organizations effectively use Social Good products

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales

  2. Experience working or volunteering in the area of global health or blood donations

  3. Excellent written and oral communication skills

  4. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize performance

  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development strategy

  6. Ability to manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and lead multi-stakeholder groups

  7. Ability to travel internationally up to 30%

  8. Passion for Social Good

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years people management experience

  2. Experience working with product development teams or startups, local or remote

  3. Experience supporting South Asia or multiple regions and geographies
