Facebook Global Security is responsible for the safety and security of all Facebook facilities and personnel. As a Physical Security Site Manager, you will support the Country Physical Security Manager with overseeing a guard force, monitoring and responding to incidents, conducting investigations on a variety of topics, managing and coordinating special events and ensuring a safe working environment for a specific site that would include multiple buildings. You'll support initiatives to strengthen external partnerships with local and state law enforcement, federal agencies, third party vendors and community organizations. You will be expected to lead the daily security operations for your locations and execute strong vendor performance.

Required Skills:

  1. Coordinate daily security operations as determined by the Country Physical Security Manager

  2. Support the review and development of SOPs and ERPs

  3. Supervise all security vendors against Facebook issued KPIs and expectations

  4. Assist with security and safety awareness training programs, provide additional operational support and guidance to the regional security teams

  5. Assist with project related security strategies, as required

  6. Risk management mitigation and analysis

  7. Provide detailed, accurate and timely reports to the Country Physical Security Manager

  8. Collaborate with key partners to build innovative and creative security strategies

  9. Ensure compliance with Regional/Global Standards and Programs

  10. Work with other Security Site Managers and Security Operations Manager to improve security policies, standards and practices and build a safe and secure environment for our employees and guests

  11. Effectively handle client issues and concerns, works with the Executive Protection team to anticipate, identify and mitigate risks that carry a risk to leadership

  12. Event Security

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of security management experience

  2. Planning, organizational, and motivational experience

  3. Experience in the areas of emergency/disaster management, physical security, critical incident stress management, risk management and business resiliency

  4. Experience with emergency procedure protocols and regulatory interfaces

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree

  2. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
