Facebook is seeking a strong and experienced candidate to become a Creative Agency Partner collaborating with leading Canadian creative agencies to build best in class mobile advertising across the Facebook family of apps and services including Instagram. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with creative teams in an Account Services or, Strategic Planning role and a proven ability to connect with and then influence, inspire & inform multiple levels of the agency including the C-Level. Candidates must have an ability to build and sell integrated marketing campaigns and a solid understanding of the creative agency landscape and what makes great work. They will have an entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit, and must be comfortable working within a fast moving and global environment. This is a full time role reporting to the Head Of Agency Development Canada.
Firmly establish the Facebook family of apps and services as brand building and business driving platforms in the eyes of all agency constituents
Develop a best in class partnership with specific agencies by being the primary liaison, advocate and navigator for the agency in Facebook and Facebook in the agency
Collaborate with the agency influencers as a thought leader to inspire and drive product adoption across the agency as a whole and strategically on priority accounts
Create and collaborate on education & inspiration focused programming across the agency that delivers scaled impact across all constituents (account management, communications planning, strategic planning, creative and production)
10+ years of successful experience in creative agencies including leading departments, businesses or accounts
Demonstrated understanding and experience of working on creatively driven clients.
Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Ability to translate technical or complicated ideas into ordinary and simple terms and stories
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong project management skills
Personal network in place with senior agency contacts at leading agencies. BA or BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
Bilingual in French and English would be a plus but not required
