The Guild, the internal creative and digital agency within Global Business Marketing, is hiring a UX/UI Designer to join the Digital Experience team.
As a member of the Digital Experience team, the UX/UI Designer will be a visionary and a thought-leader, looking at the big picture from a user experience, technology and business standpoint, and deliver compelling experiences to our unique touch-points. This individual must tell the rapidly evolving Facebook story to the market in the most compelling and aesthetically surprising ways possible, building on their natural leadership abilities. The UX/UI Designer also works alongside a highly cross-functional team of visual designers, copywriters, marketers, product leaders, and business leaders, all working together to bring our ideas to life.
Create user experience goals, priorities, and deliverables that align with project milestones.
Partner with multiple stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, organizational leaders, and other designers, in drafting & brainstorming initial concepts.
Coordinate multiple projects to completion.
Create iterative designs that meet project objectives and respond to feedback and user testing.
Convey design ideas via sketches, storyboards, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
Work across a wide range of projects, technologies and devices.
Support development teams throughout the implementation cycle.
Provide mentorship and leadership to other user experience designers.
Portfolio displaying experience with design and strategy that meet user needs, product requirements, and business goals

6+ years of experience working in the field of user experience and visual design
Experience at a digital agency, advertising agency or an in-house team
Knowledge of UX/UI patterns and principles
Experience receiving feedback and creating design solutions within an iterative design process
Experience multi-tasking and managing multiple projects with various timelines
Experience creating digital interface design solutions for the web, desktop applications and/or mobile and hand-held devices
Experience designing and running user testing and other qualitative customer validation
Passionate about pixel-perfect design solutions and strong attention to detail
Drive and passion to improving user experience and usability of complex problems
Hands-on experience using Facebook Business products (Ads Manager, Business Manager, Facebook Pages, Instagram Ads, etc.)
