Required Skills:

  1. Lead a team of Talent Scout recruiters and sourcers as well as being responsible for recruiting and sourcing strategy, goals, performance management, day-to-day task management

  2. Provide care, mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting team, following a strengths-based approach to people management

  3. Work with internal Analytics clients to determine hiring targets and needs

  4. Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies for the team

  5. Report to the University Recruiting Leadership team and internal clients regarding recruiting results and how team is tracking to goals

  6. Anticipate team needs and growth and hire, flex and stretch to meet changing business demand

  7. Assist in other initiatives, as needed

  8. Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team

  9. Provide clear communication of progress, roadblocks, updates, and future plans to the University Recruiting team, engineering teams, management and localized site leads and directors

  10. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, Communications, Growth, Facilities, HR, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of recruiting experience with technical organizations

  2. Experience working cross-functionally

  3. Experience multi-tasking

  4. Consultative and interpersonal experience with experience communicating across all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a people manager role

  2. 1+ years of experience recruiting for data roles

  3. Experience recruiting at national conferences
