As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role within infrastructure engineering, driving huge projects that span across the company.

Relevant experience is important, but ultimately less than your demonstrated abilities and attitude. Facebook infrastructure is constantly redefining what is possible, and we need technical program managers who can do the same.

This position is located in Menlo Park, CA., or Seattle, WA.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage cross-functional product security programs in a matrix organization.

  2. Build and maintain relationships with security engineering teams and product engineering partners across company.

  3. Represent Facebook in the Bug Bounty/WhiteHat community and manage inter-company and security researcher relationships.

  4. Manage vendor efficiency and delivery quality.

  5. Interface with Security & Engineering and business owners to develop project requirements and scope.

  6. Design measurements to track impact, drive improvements, and influence cross-functional roadmaps.

  7. Create and maintain ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues, and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

  2. 5+ years experience in technical program management, systems engineering, software engineering, or similar experience.

  3. Experience with infrastructure technologies, software development, and/or product security life-cycle.

  4. Analytical and problem-solving experience, experience with large-scale systems and writing code.

  5. Interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration across org, including cross-functional technical teams.

  6. Experience building instrumentation systems, ingestion systems to process log data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Focus on security.

  2. Knowledge of techniques to determine attacks against multiple layers of the technology stack.
