Summary:

As Facebook's demand for new hires increases at scale, our recruiting teams need the tools and resources to find the best candidates. As a leader for the strategic sourcing team, you will help deliver strategic sourcing programs that build top of funnel.

Required Skills:

  1. Collaborate with sourcing and recruiting leads/managers to develop lightweight high-impact solutions

  2. Work closely with internal partners in Recruiting Tools and People/Recruiting Analytics to understand how best to leverage back-end candidate source data and share the insights with the broader recruiting teams

  3. Implement innovative sourcing and recruiting ideas and iterate to scale across various pipelines

  4. Work with external partners to leverage open source data and bring it in-house via APIs

  5. Attend tech conferences and leverage the acquired knowledge with the broader recruiting teams including research on different tools/vendors to leverage open source data

  6. Build community and nurture Facebook's growing sourcer community by building out impactful Find, Engage, and Retain strategies

  7. Build, expand, and evolve the vision of Strategic Sourcing based on senior leadership demand and sourcer feedback surveys

  8. Define individual and team metrics and goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree or 8+ years sourcing experience, 3+ years experience in people management role and 2+ years experience in strategic sourcing role

  2. 3+ years of experience in a people management role and/or equivalent experience

  3. 8+ years of hands-on sourcing experience

  4. 2+ years experience in strategic sourcing role (building sourcing programs, evaluating and implementing sourcing tools, etc.)

  5. Experience with change management strategies to deliver programs

  6. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and strengthen relationships with clients and partners

  2. Project management and process improvement background

  3. Experience analyzing trends and consolidating data/information to present for review with primary stakeholders

  4. Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  5. Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, taking a high level vision and building out the tactical roadmap
