Summary:

Oculus, Building 8, Camera, and Social VR are some of the organizations that make up what we at Facebook call FB+. It is the goal of these teams to create and ship new, category-defining consumer hardware and software products that are immersive, social, and define our consumer’s daily experiences. We want to enable people to experience anything, anywhere. Required Skills:

  1. In addition to achieving hiring goals you will be responsible for: On-boarding and training new sourcers

  2. Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team

  3. Ensuring sourcers are managing to milestones and metrics

  4. Providing innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet business objectives

  5. Creating innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience

  6. Partner with hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities

  7. Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies

  8. Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions

  9. Define, design and implement recruiting programs for a variety of positions including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply

  10. Work with business partners to implement processes and best practices across multiple regions

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of recruiting experience

  2. 4+ years experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers

  3. Experience managing teams of 6+ direct reports

  4. Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams

  5. Experience in multi-tasking
