Summary:

Facebook is seeking a highly motivated team player to serve as the Risk Intelligence Manager for the Compliance, Security & Investigations team at Facebook. This position will play a key role in understanding and quantifying risk across the financial, legal, regulatory and strategic spectrum, as well as developing risk management and mitigation strategies. This full-time position will be based in Menlo Park and is an opportunity to join an innovative and fast-growing legal team to work on novel issues.

Required Skills:

  1. Follow and track key business initiatives with a risk-based lens and identify key risks along with root cause, impact and probability.

  2. Scope business model and quickly grasp key risk drivers.

  3. Work closely with Regional Compliance Managers and other CSI stakeholders to define key risk indicators to efficiently monitor risk.

  4. Work with the tools and systems teams to implement Key Risk Indicators and other dashboards to provide transparency and visibility to key trends, issues and resolution status in a sustainable manner.

  5. Provide analysis and insights of key trends and risks to management.

  6. Take complex technical concepts and explain to leadership in simple, impact-focused business terms.

  7. Ability to prioritize deliverables and projects to meet timelines efficiently, to adapt to changes in priorities quickly and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously to drive projects to completion and deliver quality materials under tight deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree with knowledge on finance/accounting or information systems and 6+ years of experience in Professional Services.

  2. 6+ years experience performing risk assessments, investigating issues, and developing practical solutions.

  3. Experience in analyzing, assessing risk and drawing insights from available data sources (financial, operational and qualitative) and collaborating to drive issue resolution in partnership with key stakeholders.

  4. Knowledge of SQL, Tableau or other BI tools, and Business Intelligence Analytics.

  5. Interpersonal experience.

  6. Experience working globally and cross-functionally.

  7. Experience managing multiple projects at a time.

  8. Experience working independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. CPA, CFE.
