Facebook is growing rapidly and we are looking to expand our leadership team. As a Recruiting Manager on the Recruiting for Recruiters team (R4R), you will develop, drive, and execute on the recruiting strategies that support our Facebook Recruiting organization. You will lead a team of recruiting professionals focused on hiring recruiting leaders and recruiter for the Facebook Recruiting organization. The position is full-time and is based in our San Francisco office. This person will work closely with our leaders to drive world class recruiting practices and strategy.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop innovative and scalable solutions to drive hiring and meet business objectives

  2. Design custom and executable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with our client groups within Facebook recruiting

  3. Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a high-touch candidate experience

  4. Drive key initiatives, facilitate & lead meetings and projects with recruiting team and client groups

  5. Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the R4R team

  6. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, PR, Growth, Facilities, HR, etc.)

  7. Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary

  8. In partnership with the R4R team, deliver talent and manage candidate pipeline activity to meet or exceed hiring timelines and deliverables

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of recruiting experience with technical organizations

  2. 5+ years of leadership experience managing recruiting professionals

  3. Experience in data analytics and reporting

  4. Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring

  5. Experience independently partnering with leadership and driving hiring initiatives

  6. Experience influencing senior leadership and executive teams

  7. Experience developing and executing sourcing/recruitment plans for searches
