The Social Good team is looking for an experienced product marketer to drive go-to-market strategies and adoption of Social Good products. Focused on Product Partnerships on Social Good products, you will work closely with those Strategic Partner Managers and align to their book of business, while also providing inputs and guidance on product strategy. The objective of this role is to help these Social Good partners adopt solutions across our suite of Social Good products. The ideal candidate will work on major Social Good product launches, set product adoption goals and objectives, and prioritize partner requests for product optimization. Success in this position requires an understanding of Facebook’s Social Good products, a focus on marketing services specifically geared towards Social Good partners, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams plus stakeholders in a matrixed organization. Above all, this leader has demonstrated success in driving products from launch to consumer and/or partner adoption, and is passionate and energized about improving social good for Facebook’s community and partners. This is a full-time position located in our Menlo Park office.
Partner closely with Social Good partnerships team to drive product understanding and adoption that helps partners reach their objectives on Facebook
Distill and surface partner feedback to product teams for new and existing Social Good products
Aggregate partner product needs into broader trends/analysis
Act as an in-market product resource for Partnerships, focused on partner activation and retention
Work with Marketing to ensure product materials are customized for regional use and local marketing channels are effectively leveraged
Partner with the Product team to help roll out new Social Good products and feature enhancements
Be a reliable source of insight on products in the Social Good ecosystem
Represent the voice of the Social Good positioning to executive teams, product management, and other cross-functional organizations
BA/BS degree or higher
8+ years experience in marketing, product, or partnerships
Communication and presentation experience
Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
Customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity
Organization and people experience
Experience in setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently
Experience managing global marketing programs and teams
2+ years managing and mentoring team with a focus on people development
