Facebook seeks a leader who is knowledgeable and passionate about marketplaces to ensure that Facebook remains a safe and trusted environment for businesses and people. This Product Marketing leader will partner closely with Product Management, Operations, and Sales. She or he must thrive as a leader within cross-functional teams, exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills, and have a track record of shaping product strategy and growing product adoption. This is a full-time position based at Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park or Seattle.

Required Skills:

  1. This team informs product strategy in partnership with product management and engineering across multiple product areas and establishes and drives both in-bound as well as the go-to-market plan for every product in the portfolio through the following skills:

  2. Identify long-term opportunities for business integrity and trust based on regional understanding, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market both for businesses and consumers

  3. Market assessment and requirements including impact analysis and competitive benchmarking

  4. Represent voice of the market including qualitative and quantitative feedback on product from clients and partners

  5. Lead comprehensive go-to-market strategy including sales and partner materials

  6. Manage high priority, fast-moving decisions and communications regarding policy changes or enforcement

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years experience in marketing, consulting, communications, or internet technology

  2. 4+ years experience in the advertising or communications sector and experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels

  3. Analytical, data-driven decision-maker

  4. Communicator with experience simplifying concepts

  5. BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years in client facing roles working in a marketplace

  2. Product Marketing experience
