Ads on Facebook make it easy for businesses to find people who'll be interested in their products and services and for people to discover brands they'll love. Our ads delivery system makes trillions of decisions each day to match the right ads with the right people, with the goal of ensuring that every ad we show brings a safe and meaningful experience for the person seeing it and the advertiser running it.

We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Communications Manager to join our Global Business Marketing team to develop and execute the outbound marketing strategy for our ads delivery suite. The successful candidate will have the ability to turn complex subjects into relatable, inspiring stories and to collaborate with cross-functional partners to create narratives, messaging, collateral and campaigns. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a track record of resiliency under pressure who will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated environment. Having a solid understanding of the digital advertising industry and experience working on product release communications and reactive messaging is a must.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop the outbound marketing strategy and materials to support product launches, educate clients and drive adoption of our ads delivery and targeting solutions, in partnership with product marketing

  2. Create compelling, integrated content (e.g., messaging documents, presentations, guides, product collateral, videos and pitch decks)

  3. Synthesize complex product features and client needs into simple, powerful stories

  4. Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including PR, to activate proactive and reactive messages across Facebook’s B2B channels and to mitigate risk

  5. Stay abreast of industry and market trends

  6. Become an expert in Facebook’s targeting products, partners, narrative and audiences

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or product marketing communications

  2. Experience in the digital advertising industry

  3. Experience in project management and prioritization

  4. Experience communicating, influencing and collaborating across multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with auction, targeting or delivery products

  2. Experience working in a start-up environment
