As a Product Manager for the Oculus Recommendations team, you'll help VR consumers browse, search, and shop for the best apps and experiences in VR. This is an exciting opportunity to build products, services and tools that help distribute great content in VR, and help emerging VR developers get their products in the hands of eager consumers. In this role, you'll work with a team of engineers, data scientists, designers and marketers to change the way people interact with their VR device, VR content and VR communities. The ideal candidate is imaginative, but practical, and understands what it means to build world-class consumer products.

Required Skills:

  1. Design, manage, and execute on building a world-class recommendations products store across mobile, desktop and VR clients

  2. Build a long-term vision and near term product strategy to improve the way Oculus understands, organizes, ranks, surfaces and presents VR apps and media

  3. Work closely with the Oculus Content team to shape content strategy and mix

  4. Identify immediate and upcoming user needs, and work across teams to develop a product plan to address them

  5. Strategically grow and evolve existing products to deliver a fantastic user experience

  6. Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of product management experience

  2. Experience with content understanding, ranking and recommendation models

  3. Organizational experience including cross-functional communication

  4. Experience managing multiple ongoing projects
