Summary:

Facebook Product Managers work with teams of engineers and designers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. This position is full-time and based at our Menlo Park office.Facebook is looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Privacy products, direct company communication, and create the public narrative. The Product Manager will use their strong technical background, a deep passion for privacy and how it relates to the people that use our product (consumers, privacy advocates, and regulators) to define and drive the new standard of privacy products.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of privacy products and features

  2. Collaborate with legal, product, policy, and infrastructure teams on Data Privacy to define the strategy

  3. Develop narrative based on user perception, regulatory pressure, and changes in Facebook products

  4. Define and analyze metrics that drive the success of products

  5. Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

  6. Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry

  7. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years product management experience in Data Privacy, User Privacy, Data Management, or related fields

  2. 5+ years of experience in technical architecture of web applications and/or software products
