As a Product Manager for Oculus' First Experiences team, you'll help introduce consumers to their new headset through a set of world-class unboxing, setup and introductory experiences in VR. This is an exciting opportunity to build products that help people learn and love VR from the very first minute they buy a device. In this role, you'll work with a team of engineers, artists, designers, data scientists, and marketers to change the way people get started with their devices and a new world of content. The ideal candidate is imaginative, but practical, and understands what it means to build world-class consumer products.

Required Skills:

  1. Design, manage, and execute on building a variety of products and experiences for new consumers across mobile apps and VR clients.

  2. Build a long-term vision and near term product strategy to improve the way Oculus introduces and teaches VR fundamentals across our mobile, standalone and PC products.

  3. Work with other product teams to help define shared goals and roadmaps around teaching new consumers.

  4. Strategically grow and evolve existing products to deliver a fantastic user experience.

  5. Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of product management experience

  2. Experience with storytelling, education, on-boarding or game development

  3. Organizational experience including cross-functional communication
