Summary:

In this role, you will work closely with our global construction teams and various internal departments, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Sourcing in the definition of program processes and procedures supporting capital projects. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are a must in this highly collaborative role.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner in the development of procedures, processes, and workflows supporting engineering, procurement, construction, and facilities operations with the goal improving project operations

  2. Partner with Sourcing partners on development and execution of strategic initiatives

  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors in the identification and mitigation of project risks

  4. Provide site direction on the evaluation of project financial, scope, and schedule changes

  5. Prepares and lead quarterly operational reviews with design and construction contractors

  6. Prepares and directs presentations to Facebook and Contractor management

  7. Up to 10% travel to various Facebook sites

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS or equivalent in construction management, engineering, or finance

  2. 5+ years of work experience in program management

  3. Experience in executing under multiple contracting and procurement strategies (i.e. cost reimbursable, lump sum)

  4. 2+ years of on-site construction experience

  5. Experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint
